A New Political Party is required to be formed in Pakistan.

It is the worst drawback of Pakistan that; the political parties are neither so much organized nor they have competent personalities to meet the problems either at the international and national level or even at provincial and local level.

In a democratic political system, the government is formed by general election success after achieving and receiving the public mandate for a political party. However, in Pakistan, political parties were never organized and systematized by the party owners, according to the political ethics and manners, along with party manifesto.

Most of the political parties work like private limited companies and have their own sole agents, distributors and salesman’s, because of that, most of the politicians have their own paid workers and working partners.

They behave with political workers like customers and they treat the general public like slaves.

Therefore, the public is disappointed, dissatisfied, disillusioned from politicians and political parties.

Whereas, for leadership and governance political leaders are dependent on the establishment as the owners of private limited companies always remain dependent on government departments.

Therefore, political parties of Pakistan are in need of appropriate reorganization by considering the necessity of cadres at union council, tehsil, district, province, and national level. These "cadres" should include the people:

(a) Those possess the intellectual wisdom to prepare proper plans and programs. (Leaders or Initiators)

                     

(b) Those have the organizational skill to organize and systematize the party. (Workers or Motivators)

(c) Those are socially well respected among the masses and capable of impressing the public. (Supporters or Actors)

For the reason, that, grooming of local, provincial and national leadership is not possible without well organized and systematized political parties, as per party manifesto and according to the political ethics and manners. Otherwise, un-groomed politicians, un-organized and non-systematized political parties will remain dependent on the establishment of Pakistan for the purpose of leadership and governance, as many political parties have done it since for a long time.

Moreover, dictatorial rulers and puppet politicians will remain the choice for international players and none of the political government will be able to redress economic disaster, social polarization, administrative victimization, and judicial injustice.

However, politics will remain a game for economically rich and power hunger persons and their team members, because of that; there will be no hope of change in prevailing political culture.

As, due to domination and control of opportunists, hypocrites, and power as well as money hunger persons in governance and politics of Pakistan, the people of Pakistan are under threat of administrative victimization and judicial injustice along with economic disaster and social polarization.

In a matter of fact, the Pakistan military establishment and bureaucracy are not assumed for indulging in the public politics because; the public politics is the subject of civilian people of Pakistan. The military establishment and civil bureaucracy are supposed to perform its institutional charter of duty, according to the constitution and prevailing laws of Pakistan.

The political parties of Pakistan are required to be dealt with by the election commission of Pakistan, being a concerned and relevant institution for political parties and according to the Political Parties Act of Pakistan. Therefore, the election commission of Pakistan is required to concentrate on the open membership and intra-party elections of the political parties.

The open membership and intra-party election is an essential requirement to convert the political private limited companies into political parties by democratically and politically eliminating the owners of political private limited companies, those are controlling their parties through their own appointed officeholders and members of parliament as the sole agents, distributors, salesmen and paid workers.

It is the result of own appointed officeholders and members of parliament as the sole agents, distributors, salesman’s and paid workers by the owners of political private limited companies that;

PMLN is a Punjab-based private limited company of Punjabi Nawaz Sharif with the dominating position of Punjabi sole agents, distributors, and salesmen as officeholders and members of parliament.

PPP is a Sindh-based private limited company of Sindhi Asif Zardari with the dominating position of Sindhi sole agents, distributors and salesmen as officeholders and members of parliament. 

PTI is a KPK based private limited company of Pathan Imran Khan with the dominating position of Pathan sole agents, distributors, and salesman as officeholders and members of parliament.

MQM is a Karachi-based private limited company of Muhajir Altaf Hussain with the dominating position of Muhajir sole agents, distributors and salesmen as officeholders and members of parliament.

Open membership and the intra-party election will democratically and politically eliminate the Nawaz Sharif, Asif Zardari, Imran Khan, Altaf Hussain, those are controlling their parties through their own appointed officeholders and members of parliament as their sole agents, distributors, salesmen, and paid workers.

Therefore, a new Political Party is required to be formed in Pakistan.

The properly organized and systematized new political party, according to the political ethics and manners, along with party manifesto will be able to attract and organize the public, which is already disappointed, dissatisfied, disillusioned from politicians and political parties due to domination and control of opportunists, hypocrites and power as well as money hunger officeholders in political parties of Pakistan and members of parliament in governance of Pakistan, appointed by the owners of political private limited companies as their sole agents, distributors, salesman’s and paid workers.

The new political party should be formed by the;

1. Well skilled, political mind, retired persons from foreign affair services, the military establishment, and civil bureaucracy.

2. Professors of political science, sociology, psychology, history, economics, international relation, and mass communication.

3. Well-established and taxpayer industrialists, traders and agriculturalists.

4. Publicly well-respected Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Educationalists, and Skilled Professionals.

5. Famous persons from show business, sports, philanthropist and social reformers.

6. Well-established print media and electronic media persons.

7. Well-educated, well-mannered, publicly well-respected political and social activists.

The new political party should be launched after dry cleaning, overhauling, and restructuring of government institutions and elimination of criminal, corrupt and Anti-Pakistan element from Pakistan. Because, the majority of present political leadership is required to be fixed in crime, corruption and terrorism cases due to their illegal activities.

1. Well-skilled, political mind, retired persons from foreign affair services, the military establishment, civil bureaucracy, professors of political science, sociology, psychology, history, economics, international relations, mass communication should be the Policymakers of that political party.

2. Well-established and taxpayer industrialists, traders, agriculturalists should be the Patrons of that political party.

3. Publicly well-respected Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Educationalists, and Skilled Professionals should be the Supporters of that political party.

4. Famous persons from sports, show business, philanthropic and social reformers should be the Propagators of that political party.

5. Well-established print media and electronic media cell should advertise the policy, performance, leadership, and activities of that political party.

6. Well-educated, well-mannered, publicly well-respected political and social activists should be the Organizers of that political party.

7. Leadership and workers of that political party should be Facilitated by the well-furnished and Well-Equipped Offices at National, Provincial, District, Tehsil and Union Council level.

NOTE.

a). Membership of that political party should be started in each Union Council and record of Membership should be provided to the Election Commission of Pakistan.

b). Officeholders should be Elected by the members of that political party from Union Council, Tehsil, District, Provinces to the National level in presence of nominees from the Election Commission of Pakistan.

c). A person has a bad moral character or involved in corrupt practices or involved in criminal activities should not be the policy maker, patron, supporter, propagator, advertiser, organizer, officeholder, worker or member of that political party.

MOST IMPORTANT.

1. Punjabi speaking people from Punjab should be the organizers and office holders of the party in Punjab.

2. Punjabi, Saraiki, Urdu, Pashto, Kachhi, Thari, Lasi, Lari, Vicholi, Gujarati, Rajasthani, Brahui, Makrani, Rakhshani, Sulemani speaking people from Sind should be the organizers and office holders of the party in Sindh.

3. Punjabi, Pashto, Brahui, Makrani, Rakhshani, Sulemani, Lasi, Hazargi, Sindhi, Saraiki, Dehvari, Persian, Tajik, Hindko, Uzbek, and Hindki speaking people from Baluchistan should be the organizers and office holders of the party in Baluchistan.

4. Punjabi, Buneri, Chitrali, Derawali, Hindko, Kohati, Kohistani, Peshawari, Sawabi, Sawati people from KPK should be the organizers and office holders of the party in Khyber Pukhtoon Khawa.

5, Central leadership and the central committee of the party should be composed of the people of the Punjabi nation from Punjab, Sammat nation from Sindh, Brohi nation from Baluchistan and Hindko nation from Khyber Pukhtoon Khawa.
