Pakistan would be the Secular Republic of 12 Provinces.

Pakistan needs the new provinces on the ground of ethnic majority areas. Therefore, after creation of new provinces, Pakistan would be the Secular Republic of 12 provinces;

1. North Sindh as a Saraiki and Punjabi majority province.

2. Central Sindh as a Sammat and Punjabi majority province.

3. South Sindh as a Muhajir and Punjabi majority province.

4. North Baluchistan as a Pushtoon and Punjabi majority province. 
5. Central Baluchistan as a Brahvi and Punjabi majority province.

6. South Baluchistan as a Makrani and Punjabi majority province.

7. Hazara as a Hindko and Punjabi majority province.

8. FATA as a Pukhtoon and Punjabi majority province.

9. Derawal as a Saraiki and Punjabi majority province.

10. Gilgit-Baltistan as a Gilgiti Baltistani and Punjabi majority province.

11. Kashmir (occupied Kashmir will also be included in Kashmir Province) as a Kashmiri and Punjabi majority province.

12. Punjab (East Punjab will also be included in Punjab Province) as a Punjabi majority province.
