Only the Sammats are considered as Sindhi by the Punjabis.
Sindh is the land of the Sammat people. If we classify the people of Sindh by the language they speak then Sindh is the land of Saraiki, Vicholi, Lari, Lasi, Thari, and Kachhi speaking people.
Sammat is the actual and original inhabitants of Sindh. The Arabic background and Baloch background people are invaders and infiltrators of Sindh. Therefore, only the Sammat is considered as Sindhi by the Punjabis.
The Sammat Sindhi are the victim of Arabic and Baloch chauvinism, fascism, racism, and terrorism in their homeland.
Being neighbors of Sindh, the Punjabi nation has a moral obligation to liberate Sammat Sindhi from the social, economic, and political domination and victimization of barbarian Arabic and Bloch invaders and infiltrators of Sindh.
Sammat is the actual and original inhabitants of Sindh. Sammat is the 42% Population of Sindh but;
In rural areas of Sindh, Sammat is under the social, economic, and political domination of Baloch origin people, that makeup about 16% of the total population of Sindh and Arabic origin people that makeup about 2% of the total population of Sindh.
In the urban areas of Sindh, Sammat is under the social, economic, and political domination of Urdu-speaking Muhajir who make up over 19% of the total population of the province.
Punjabis are the 10%, Pashtuns are 7% and 4% are others, they make up 21% population of the total population of Sindh but;
Due to dominating the 42% Sammat population of Sindh by the 16% Baloch origin and 2% Arabic origin people in rural areas of Sindh and by the 19% Urdu-speaking Muhajir in urban areas of Sindh, the 10% Punjabi, 7% Pashtun, and 4% others, those make up 21% of the total population of Sindh are also a victim of the social, economic and political domination of 16% Baloch origin and 2% Arabic origin people in rural areas of Sindh and of 19% Urdu-speaking Muhajir in urban areas of Sindh.

Therefore, after rejecting the "Two Nation Theory" with separation of Bengali nation from Muslim State Pakistan by converting the name of East Pakistan into Bangladesh as a Secular Bengali Nation State and becoming West Pakistan a Punjabi Majority State, now independence of Maratha nation, Telugu nation, Tamil nation, Rajasthani nation, Gujarati nation, Bhojpuri nation, Kannada nation, Oriya nation, Malayalam nation, Assamese nation, along with inclusion of Hindu Bengalis in Bangladesh, Sikh Punjabis and Hindu Punjabis in Pakistan by renaming the name of Pakistan as Punjabistan is the need of time for peace in the Indian subcontinent and social, economic, political prosperity of Bengali nation, Punjabi nation, Maratha nation, Telugu nation, Tamil nation, Rajasthani nation, Gujarati nation, Bhojpuri nation, Kannada nation, Oriya nation, Malayalam nation, Assamese nation, along with many small communities and tribes of Indian Subcontinent.

Why Punjab Apologetic to Sindhis for Constriction of Kalabagh Dam?
River Water is a Natural Resource of Punjab.
There are international sets of proposed rules such as the Helsinki Rules on the Uses of the Waters of International Rivers and the Hague Declaration on Water Security in the 21st Century.
Though there are globally 263 trans-boundary river basins, many of them lack an agreement among the riparian states about how to share or to jointly manage the water resources. On a global level, there is no binding international agreement on the trans-boundary water in force.
One reason for the reluctance of states to sign the convention is a certain vagueness of the core principles, which can lead to contradictions. An upstream country might claim its right to a previously unused «equitable share» of the water resources, which could cause economic harm to a downstream country that has used these resources for a long time. Whose rights and which principle have priority? And what exactly is an equitable share? Where is the borderline between a harm that has to be accepted and a significant harm? These questions are not answered in detail by the conventions, which only provide for the general principles and criteria. And this is very wise, because many of these questions can only be answered specifically for each basin, rather than applying to all. In this respect, the conventions provide a framework of joint principles on which regional agreements can be negotiated, not a blueprint for all river basins.

پاکستان میں اردو بولنے والے ھندوستانی کی حکمت عملی کیا ھے؟
ایم کیو ایم کے قیام سے پہلے یوپی ' سی پی کے اردو بولنے والے ھندوستانیوں نے گجراتیوں اور راجستھانیوں کو اپنے ساتھ ملا کر مھاجر بن جاتے کے بعد سندھ میں رھنے والے پنجابیوں اور پٹھانوں کو اپنے ساتھ ملاکر مھاجر ' پنجابی ' پٹھان اتحاد بنایا ھوا تھا۔
ایم کیو ایم کے قیام کے بعد سندھ میں رھنے والے پنجابیوں اور پٹھانوں کو تو یوپی ' سی پی کے اردو بولنے والے ھندوستانیوں کے چنگل اور نان سندھی کی شناخت سے نجات مل گئی لیکن گجراتی اور راجستھانی ابھی تک مھاجر کی شناخت کے نام پر یوپی ' سی پی کے اردو بولنے والے ھندوستانیوں کے چنگل میں پھنسے ھوئے ھیں اور یوپی ' سی پی کے اردو بولنے والے ھندوستانیوں کا سندھ کی سیاست ' حکومت اور سرکاری نوکریوں میں استحکام قائم رکھنے ' اردو زبان کی بالا دستی قائم رکھنے اور کراچی کو پاکستان سے الگ کرنے یا کم سے کم کراچی کو الگ صوبہ بنانے کے لیے استعمال ھو رھے ھیں۔
