Muslim Ummah, Arab Nation and Muslim Countries are Different Subjects.

The Islam is a religion and followers of Islam are the part of Muslim Ummah, but the Arab is a Nation due to their own land, language, culture and traditions. Likewise, the Non-Arab nations of Muslim Ummah also have their land, language, culture and traditions. Moreover, all the Arabs are not Muslims. They are Christian Arabs and Jewish Arabs too.

Therefore, considering the Arabs as a sole leader or representative of Muslim Ummah and Muslim Countries, the Arabic language, culture, and traditions of the language, culture, and traditions of Non-Arab nations and countries of Muslim Ummah are not justified.
