Demography and political interests of residents of Punjab.

Arain, Awan, Jutt, Butt, Rajpoot, Gujjar, Sheikh Muslims are actual and original inhabitants of Punjab.

Pathan, Baloch, Iranian Background, Iraqi Background, Hindustani Background Muslim residents of Punjab are considered as Punjabi due to their presence in Punjab and adopting the Punjabi language.

As the Arain, Awan, Jutt, Butt, Rajpoot, Gujjar, Sheikh Muslims are actual and original inhabitants of Punjab, therefore, they are secular and consider Hindu Punjabi, Sikh Punjabi, Christian Punjabi as a member of Punjabi nation, because strengthening of Punjabi nation is suitable for their political interests.

Whereas Pathan, Baloch, Iranian Background, Iraqi Background, Hindustani Muslims are the progeny of invaders of Punjab or immigrants in Punjab therefore, they declare themselves as Punjabi but they do not have sympathy with Hindu Punjabi, Sikh Punjabi, Christian Punjabi, because, the strengthening of the Punjabi nation is against their political interests.

The period of Maharaja Ranjit Singh was a good period for the political interests of Arain, Awan, Jutt, Butt, Rajpoot, Gujjar, Sheikh Muslims, because, they were the actual inhabitants of Punjab.

Whereas, the period of Maharaja Ranjit Singh was a bad period for the political interests of Pathan, Baloch, Iranian Background, Iraqi Background Muslims, because they were the progeny of invaders of Punjab or immigrants in Punjab.

After the period of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, the period of British rule was good for Pathan, Baloch, Iranian Background, Iraqi Background, and Hindustani Muslims but the period of British rule was bad for Arain, Awan, Jutt, Butt, Rajpoot, Gujjar, Sheikh Muslims.

Alliance of Punjabi Sikh and Punjabi Muslim is suitable for the political interests of Arain, Awan, Jutt, Butt, Rajpoot, Gujjar, Sheikh Muslims but it is damaging for the supremacy of Baloch, Iranian Background, Iraqi Background and Hindustani Muslim residents of Punjab.
