Developing Ormara is better than Redeveloping Karachi.

Punjabi people are feeling annoyed with Sindhi and Urdu Speaking Muhajir due to their habit of abusing, blaming, criticizing, defaming, loathing, and victimizing Punjabis and Punjabi nation, without explaining facts and figures, by creating false stories, just to blackmail Punjabi people, pressurize the Punjabi nation and destabilizing Punjab.

In 1901 Nara Canal and in 1932 Sukkur Barrage lands were allotted to Punjabi settlers in Rural Sindh aiming to increase the cultivating area of Sindh. Punjabi’s did the task with manual labor, as machinery was not available at that time. With the passage of time; those Punjabis were assimilated in Sindh by adopting Sindhi language, culture, and traditions, but in the 1970s, at the time of 1st PPP government under the leadership of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Sindhi’s forced the settlers to leave the Sindh by handing over the cultivated lands to Sindhi’s.

The majority of Punjabi landholders and well-established settlers considered it feasible to migrate to Hyderabad, Karachi, and Abroad or Back to Punjab. The remaining Punjabi settlers in Sindh are stuck people due to many reasons, they were not able to migrate, anyhow, they are living in Sindh with a low profile social and business lifestyle and under harassment.

At the creation of Pakistan, Lahore was the biggest city and Karachi was a small port town, however, by declaring Karachi as the capital of Pakistan; How much revenue was spent to make it a bigger port, the industrial, business, educational, residential, and commercial city of Pakistan? Punjab not only sacrificed financially, but Punjabi took the major intellectual, physical, economical, and financial participation to make the port city Karachi an economic and financial hub of Pakistan, but from 1986 Muhajir started to force the Punjabi’s to leave Karachi. The majority of established industrial, business, and trade sector Punjabi considered it feasible to migrate Abroad or Back to Punjab. Remaining Punjabi’s in Karachi are stuck people due to many reasons they were not able to migrate, anyhow, they are living in Karachi with low profile social and business lifestyle and under harassment.

Hence, neither rural Sindh nor Karachi is feasible for a future time or talent investment of Punjabi’s, therefore, Punjabis are required to fully concentrate on devoting their time, use their talent, practice their skills and invest their economy to build up Punjab only. Punjab has all types of facilities, opportunities, and resources to provide survival for all the Punjabi’s as a great country of a martial race and honorable nation, therefore, unnecessary attention to Muhajir and Sindhi along with economic, skill, or intellectual investment in Karachi is not suitable for Punjabi’s. Therefore, Ormara should be developed as a "Free Port City" and a "Commercial Port" of Pakistan.

The majority of Pakistanis working in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are Punjabi and 5 million Pakistanis working in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates is also expected to return to Pakistan. Therefore, the work of establishing a "Free Port City" of Pakistan at the site of "Ormara" and making the port of "Ormara" a commercial port of Pakistan should be started immediately. Because the free port of Ormara could be a better "Commercial City" than the free port of Dubai.

The M8 Motorway is being constructed from Ratu Dero to Gwadar. Work on M7 Motorway should be started and M8 Motorway should be merged with M5 Motorway. The M5 Motorway runs from Sukkur via Lahore-Faisalabad to Islamabad. "Ormara" can be connected to M8 by constructing a road from M8 to 50 km. Meanwhile, Pakistan's agricultural economy can be boosted by digging a canal from Kot Mithan and settling land along the M8 Motorway in the eastern part of Balochistan.

By establishing Pakistan's "Free Port City" in Ormara and making the port of Ormara a commercial port of Pakistan, and by constructing a canal from Kot Mithan to the land of M8 Motorway Corridor in the eastern part of Balochistan;

1. 5 million Pakistanis working in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates can be resettled in Pakistan.

2. Pakistan can be saved from blackmailing of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

3. Punjabi's of Karachi can be saved from the blackmailing of Hindustani Muhajir by shifting them in Ormara.

4. Punjabi's of Sindh can be saved from the blackmailing of Sindhi's by shifting them in Ormara and in the irrigated area of Eastern Balochistan.

5. Pakistan's economic development can be enhanced.

6. Pakistan's agricultural economy can be boosted.

7. After resettling 5 million Pakistanis working in Saudi Arabia and UAE along with 10 million people from Punjab. The population of Balochistan will reach 30 million and the uninhabited area of Balochistan with a population of 12.3 million will become a settled area with a "Free Port City" and "Revenue Collection Point" of Pakistan.

Revenue is "generated" from agriculture, industry, services. Punjab generates the highest revenue of Pakistan as it has the largest number of agriculture, industry, and services in Pakistan. Karachi does not "Generate Revenue". Karachi is a "Revenue Collection Point". Therefore, when Punjabi's will start to use "Ormara Port" as a "Seaport for Punjab" than;

1. "Revenue Collection" will decrease in Karachi due to the revenue collection of Punjab in Ormara.

2. The services of Punjabis in the industry and services sector of Karachi will be shifted from Karachi to Ormara.

3. Outside Punjab in Pakistan, the city with the largest population of Punjabis will become "Ormara".

4. Ormara Port will be the center of "international trade". Therefore, Ormara Port will be a bigger port for "international trade" than Dubai Port and a better place for recreation and tourism.

5. The route from Punjab to Ormara Port will pass through the Brahui area. Therefore, the river water will be supplied from Punjab to increase agricultural production on the land of the Brahui area in the eastern part of Balochistan by constructing a canal from Kot Mithan, Punjab.
