I am satisfied with the policy of PNF North Punjab Zone. Therefore, I approved this strategy because it is covering the mission of the PNF North Punjab Zone. I really appreciate the efforts of the Zonal Organizers and their team. I wish you good luck PNF North Punjab Zone team.

Details of the Strategy of PNF North Punjab Zone.

We designed our Strategy after the series of successful discussions on the policy of PNF North Punjab Zone which covers the Zonal mission. After the mutual consequences of the both Zonal Organizers and all Members of our Executive Committees we come up with the following Strategy of PNF North Punjab Zone;

“Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy are the noise before defeat” Sun Tzu

If we analyze the depth of the above quotation given by the Chinese Strategic Philosopher then we will be able to understand that;

Strategy and Tactic is a KEY to unlock the door of success, therefore, the first step for the leader is that he must have a KEY to open the door before taking its Nation to the door of success.

PNF has 8 Zones in Pakistan and they all are locked differently. Therefore, every Zonal Organizer must have a different key because we can’t open 8 different types of locks by 1 key. So we needed 8 different KEYS for 8 different LOCKS.

The PNF has different Strategy and Tactics (KEY) for every Zone according to its Mission.

North Punjab Zone's Strategy & Tactics is as follow;

The North Punjab Zone is consisting of 4 regions, Islamabad Rawalpindi Division, Hazara Division, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.

Historically this region remains as a Defender of Punjab by the invaders of the Western side of Punjab. So the invaders and enemies of Punjab divided them on the base of geography and dialect according to the so-called policy of ‘Divide & Rule'.

They are divided into 3 fronts. The first one is the Geographical Front which includes; Pothwari Punjab, Hazarwal Punjab & Kashmiri Punjab. The second front is Dialect of the Punjabi Language which includes; Pothwari Punjabi, Hindko Punjabi & Pahari Punjabi. Thirdly they are divided on the base of Caste.

By dividing them into three segments, Non-Punjabis are ruling over them for a very long. They also make the Punjabis “Psycho” who disown their genuine & original and internationally known identity “Punjabi”. They count their selves in local identities as Pindiwal/Pothwari, Hazarwal & Kashmiri and feel inferior to speak their mother language.

They are ashamed of owning their identity which is 7000 years old and internationally known as the world's earlier, most rich and civilized citizens of the world. Punjabi language, culture, traditions, social, economic, financial, political interests are on stake due to this intellectual slavery.

So, the only option for Northern Punjabis has to understand and counter the policy of ‘Divide & Rule'. Northern Punjabis should have to understand that “United we Stand and Divided we Fall” and should have to own the bigger identity (Nationhood) instead of smaller identities (dialect & caste etc.) because smaller identities make you out of the power game.

60% of the strategy of PNF North Punjab Zone is to unite 3 segments of North Punjab and the tactic is to show them their historical contribution as a defender of Punjab by the invaders of the Western side of Punjab and highlight the archeological evidence in the North region of Punjab. How much culturally they are rich and how much they are contributing to the defense and economy of Punjab?

20% of the strategy of PNF North Punjab Zone is to tell them that the Caste system is just localizing them. The tactic is to show them the cost-benefit analysis of owing to the Caste system too rigidly that; they may just be benefited locally but nationally and internationally they will have zero gains.

The remaining 20% of the strategy of PNF North Punjab Zone is to tell them; Who is the beneficiary of their divide and confrontation with each other?

The tactics are to show them the futuristic vision of their blunder and what will be the consequences if they don’t Unite under the umbrella of the Nationhood as “Punjabi” as soon as possible.

The mission of every Zone of PNF is already mentioned in “Mission, Organization, Rules & Regulations of Punjabi Nationalist Forum”.

• The Strategy and Tactics of their Zone.

All the Zonal Organizers of PNF are requested to follow the Strategy Plan of PNF North Punjab Zone. After discussing with Members of their Executive Committee designs the Strategy of their Zone too and strategy must cover the Zonal mission and policy of their Zone.
