PNF Zonal Organizers Attention Please!!!

These are the guidelines for all Zonal Organizers of PNF for the Appointment of District Organizers and the Members of the Executive Committee.

PNF is an Organization with the purpose to groom the leadership skill of Punjabi Nationalists with political intellectualism.

Therefore, an interview is necessary before the appointment of any Member of the PNF Team. The purpose of the interview is to assess their intellectual and political sense. Because of this;

Tell them about the;

1. Mission and Vision of Punjabi Nationalist Forum (PNF).

2. Rules & Regulations and Organizational structure of PNF.

3. The mission of your Zone specifically and Missions of all other 7 Zones and Overseas Zone generally.

4. Strategy and Tactics for your Zone.

5. The tasks distribution list for the Members of Executive Committee.

*_Conduct of the interview;_*

Whoever contacts you (Zonal Organizer) for the Membership of the Executive Committee and District Organizer, tell them about the above 5 points and give them time; How much time they want for an interview? Then conduct an interview that must cover the Mission and Vision of PNF as well as Mission and Strategy of your Zone, Other 7 Zones and Overseas Zone.

If you find out that he/she has the conceptual clarity about the PNF and Zonal Mission, as well as he/she, agree with the Rules and Regulations of the PNF then ask him/her to choose any task according to their expertise before the appointment.
