Task Distribution for Members EC of PNF Zones.

The Executive Committee is basically a cabinet of the Zonal Organizer. Every cabinet member should be assigned different tasks according to their expertise. The purpose of the cabinet is to assist the Zonal Organizer to accomplish the mission of their respective Zone. Therefore, it must be clear for each and every member of the Executive Committee that; what duties he/she has to perform?

Task distributions for Executive Committee Members of PNF Zones are described as under;

01. Zonal Editor/Content Writer. *Punjabi*

(Shahmukhi/Gurmukhi)

• The task of Zonal Editor/Content Writer *Punjabi* is to proofread the write-ups of the Zonal Organizer and executive members and translate the English and Urdu material into Punjabi.

02. Zonal Editor/Content Writer. *Urdu*

• The task of Zonal Editor/Content Writer *Urdu* is to proofread the write-ups of the Zonal Organizer and executive members and translate the English and Punjabi material into Urdu.

03.Zonal Editor/Content Writer/Translator. *English*

• The task of Zonal Editor/Content Writer *English* is to proofread the write-ups of the Zonal Organizer and executive members and translate the Punjabi and Urdu material into English.

04. Zonal Blog Coordinator.

• The task of the Blog Coordinator is to maintain its Zonal Blog by updating on daily basis. He/she have to follow the write-ups of the Chief Organizer and Organizers and identify which material is relevant to the mission of their Zone and read out at least three articles daily and take keynotes from every article and sent them to the graphic designer to make the shareable posters.

05. Graphic Designer.

• The task of the Zonal Graphic Designer is to design the stuff which is relevant to it’s Zone.

06. FB account coordinator.

• The task of the FB coordinator is to maintain the FB account of the Zonal Organizer by answering the comments and also follow the wall of all Executive Member either they’re posting relevant stuff on Timeline and properly answers the queries related to Punjabi nationalism. He/She have to submit a weekly report of his observation in the written form to Zonal Organizer.

07. Twitter Account Coordinator.

• The task of the Twitter Coordinator is to maintain the Twitter Handel of the Zonal Organizer by answering the replies and also follow the account of all Executive Member either they’re sharing relevant stuff on their accounts or properly answers the queries related to Punjabi nationalism. He/She have to submit a weekly report of his observation in the written form to Zonal Organizer.

08. Instagram Account Coordinator.

• The task of the Instagram Account Coordinator is to maintain the Instagram account of the Zonal Organizer by answering the replies and also follow the account of all Executive Member either they’re sharing relevant stuff on their accounts or properly answers the queries related to Punjabi nationalism. He/She have to submit a weekly report of his observation in the written form to Zonal Organizer.

09. YouTube Channel Coordinator.

• The task of the YouTube Channel Coordinator is to make short 5 to 10 mints videos about the Mission of PNF generally and their Zones specifically.

10. Miscellaneous Zonal tasks.

• This member will work as an Assistant of the Zonal Organizer so he can assign him any task according to his needs. This member should have the ability of multi-tasking.
