🔴 The Mission of Punjabi Nationalist Forum.

PNF is an "intellectual forum to plead the case of socio-economic problems of Punjabi nation, administrative and developmental affairs of Punjab in an academic way". For the purpose, PNF will groom the leadership skill of Punjabi Nationalists with political intellectualism.

🔴 The Vision of Punjabi Nationalist Forum (PNF)

Punjabis are the largest ethnic population in Pakistan. The Punjabi nation is the 3rd biggest nation of South Asia. Punjabi Muslim community is the 3rd largest ethnic community in the Muslim Ummah. Punjabi is the 9th biggest nation and Punjabi Speaking population of the World.

Punjabi is a nation on the ground of common land and similar language, culture, and traditions with dissimilar religions. Beside the dissimilarity of religion, due to similarities of language, culture, and tradition, Punjabis have common political and worldly interests.

Besides the dissimilarity of Religion, Muslim Punjabi, Hindu Punjabi, Christian Punjabi, Sikh Punjabi, belong to the same nation, the Punjabi nation. Religion is a personal subject for building moral character and spiritual development for the life of the hereafter. A nation is a subject of social respect, economic growth, and political stability for the worldly life affairs.

The Punjabi nation is composed of different tribes like Araïn, Awan, Gujjar, Jatt, Rajput, Shaikh, etc. A person living in Punjab or belongs to Punjab, but do not speak Punjabi, do not adopt Punjabi culture and do not practice Punjabi traditions are defined as a Resident of Punjab, but not a Punjabi.

However, due to accepting Punjab as the motherland, adopting the Punjabi language as mother tongue, assimilating in Punjabi culture, and practicing Punjabi traditions, persons from none Punjabi background races are also considered, counted and treated as Punjabi.

Baba Fareed, Bulleh Shah, Waris Shah were Arabic background. Baba Fareed was the first poet of the Punjabi language. Waris Shah is considered as the Shakespeare of Punjabi language. All are admitted and respected as the spiritual leaders of the Punjabi nation.

Punjabis are required to unite themselves for social respect, economic growth, and political stability of Punjabis and to promote the language, culture, traditions of Punjab and Punjabi nation by following the footsteps of Baba Fareed, Baba Nanak, Shah Hussain, Sultan Bahoo, Bulleh Shah, Waris Shah to serve Punjab and Punjabi nation.

🔴 Structure of Punjabi Nationalist Forum.

In Pakistan, Punjabis live in every part of Pakistan. Punjabis have different social, economic, political, and administrative problems in every part of Pakistan. Due to the rise of Punjabi nationalism in Pakistan, Punjabi nationalists are working all over Pakistan. But Punjabi nationalists think that they can do nothing for the Punjabi people at the level of Pakistan. Punjabi nationalists are working alone at the Pakistan level or by making a group in their area only; therefore, the Punjabi Nationalist Forum has eight Zones in Pakistan. These Zones are; Northern Punjab Zone, Central Punjab Zone, South Punjab Zone, Sindh Zone, Karachi Zone, Balochistan Brahui Area Zone, Balochistan Pashtun Area Zone, and Khyber Province.

All Zonal Organizers are working in the best way in their Zones. One Zonal Organizer does not work for another Zone due to taking care of his Zone issues. However, Zonal Organizer of the one Zone cooperates with the Zonal Organizer of other Zone on request. In its own Zone, Zonal Organizers have formed an Executive Committee of 10 members who are highly educated, politically sensible, and passionate to work for the Punjabi nation.

In Punjabi Nationalist Forum, Punjabi's having political consciousness with academic ability are given importance at the Zone level and Punjabi with financial resources at the District level while Punjabi with public relations is given priority at Tehsil/City level.

Punjabi who does not even have financial resources and public relations had been made Zonal Organizers of Punjabi Nationalist Forum and Member of the Zonal Executive Committee due to their academic ability and political consciousness to benefit the program of Punjabi nationalism with their academic ability.

Punjabi who does not even have the academic ability and public relations will be appointed as District Organizer of Punjabi Nationalist Forum and Member of the District Executive Committee due to their financial resources and political consciousness to benefit the program of Punjabi nationalism with their financial resources.

Punjabi who does not even have the academic ability and financial resources will be appointed as Tehsil / City Organizer of the Punjabi Nationalist Forum and Member of the Tehsil / City Executive Committee due to their public relations and political consciousness to benefit the program of Punjabi nationalism with their public relations.

Zonal Organizers will appoint the District Organizers and Member of the District Executive Committee in their own Zones and District Organizers will appoint the Tehsil / City Organizers and Member of the Tehsil / City Executive Committee in their own Districts. Thus, the Punjabi Nationalist Forum will become an organization all over Pakistan.

🔴 The Mission of Zones and Zonal Organizers of PNF.

 1️⃣ The mission of Punjabi Nationalist Forum North Punjab Zone is;

A). To educate and convince the Pothohari, Pahari, Hindko and other communities of Punjabi nation to stop confronting with each other and concentrate on Punjabi nationalism to take care of Punjabi land, language, culture, and traditions to make the Punjabi nation politically and socially strong and to make Punjab financially and economically stable.

B). To save Punjabis in Northern Punjab from domination and supremacy of Pukhtoons with academic way and political tactics on Facebook.

Mr. Rajpoot Zulfiqar is the Zonal Organizer of Punjabi Nationalist Forum North Punjab Zone.

2️⃣ The mission of Punjabi Nationalist Forum Central Punjab Zone is;

A). To rescue the Punjabi language in Central Punjab from dominance, hegemony, and the subjugation of Urdu language and the domination and supremacy of Urdu speakers over Punjabi with academic way and political tactics on Facebook.

B). To educate and convince the major communities, Arain, Awan, Gujjar, Jutt, Rajpoot, Sheikh and other small communities of Punjabi nation to stop confronting with each other and concentrate on Punjabi nationalism to take care of Punjabi land, language, culture, and traditions to make the Punjabi nation politically and socially strong and to make Punjab financially and economically stable.

Mr. Nadeem Ahmed is the Zonal Organizer of Punjabi Nationalist Forum Central Punjab Zone.

3️⃣ The mission of Punjabi Nationalist Forum South Punjab Zone is;

A). To save the Punjabis in Southern Punjab from domination, supremacy, and oppression of the Baloch and Arab background invaders and infiltrators of Punjab and to counter "Saraiki Conspiracy" by the Baloch and Arab background invaders and infiltrators of Punjab with academic way and political tactics on Facebook.

B). To counter the trend of dividing Punjabi communities of Punjabi nation in Local Punjabi, Settler Punjabi, Muhajir Punjabi and to educate and convince the Punjabis of Southern Punjab to stop confronting with each other and concentrate on Punjabi nationalism to take care of Punjabi land, language, culture, and traditions to make the Punjabi nation politically and socially strong and to make Punjab financially and economically stable.

Mr. DrJamil Arain is the Zonal Organizer of Punjabi Nationalist Forum South Punjab Zone.

4️⃣ The mission of Punjabi Nationalist Forum Sindh Zone is;

A). To rescue Punjabis in rural Sindh from the domination, supremacy, and oppression of the Baloch and Arab background invaders and infiltrators of rural Sindh with academic way and political tactics on Facebook.

B). To improve the social and political relations of the Punjabi nation with the Sammat Nation, the actual inhabitants of Sindh and the Brahui, Rajasthani, and Gujarati people living in rural Sindh. So that the Sammat nation can get liberation from the social, political, and economic domination, supremacy, and oppression of the Baloch and Arab background invaders and infiltrators of rural Sindh with the help of Punjabi, Brahui, Rajasthani, and Gujarati of Sindh.

Mr. Afzal Punjabi is the Zonal Organizer of the Punjabi Nationalist Forum Sindh Zone.

5️⃣ The mission of Punjabi Nationalist Forum Karachi Zone is;

A). To rescue Punjabis in Karachi from the domination, supremacy, and oppression of the UP-CP, Urdu-Speaking Indian Muhajirs, and infiltrators of Karachi with academic way and political tactics on Facebook.

B). To improve the social and political relations of the Punjabi nation with the Sammat, Hindko, Brahui, Kashmiri, Gilgati-Baltistani, Kohistani, Chitrali, Swati, Derawali, Rajasthani, Gujarati people living in Karachi. So that to get liberation from the social, political and economic domination, supremacy, and oppression of UP-CP, Urdu-Speaking Indian Muhajirs, and infiltrators of Karachi.

Mr. Saleem Ilyas is the Zonal Organizer of Punjabi Nationalist Forum Karachi Zone.

6️⃣ The mission of Punjabi Nationalist Forum Brahui Area of Balochistan Zone is;

A). To rescue Punjabis in Brahui Area of Balochistan from the domination, supremacy, and oppression of the Baloch invaders and infiltrators of Balochistan with academic way and political tactics on Facebook.

B). To improve the social and political relations of the Punjabi nation with the Brahui Nation, the actual inhabitants of Balochistan. So, the Brahui nation can get liberation from the social, political, and economic domination, supremacy, and oppression of the Baloch invaders and infiltrators of Balochistan with the help of the Punjabi nation.

Mr. Mansoor Ahmad is the Zonal Organizer of Punjabi Nationalist Forum Brahui Area of Balochistan Zone.

7️⃣ The mission of Punjabi Nationalist Forum Pashtun Area of Balochistan Zone is;

A). To rescue Punjabis in the Pashtun Area of Balochistan from the domination, supremacy, and oppression of the Pashtun invaders and infiltrators of Balochistan with academic way and political tactics on Facebook.

B). To improve the social and political relations of the Punjabi nation with the Brahui Nation, the actual inhabitants of Balochistan. So, the Brahui nation can get liberation from the social, political, and economic domination, supremacy, and oppression of the Pashtun invaders and infiltrators of Balochistan with the help of the Punjabi nation.

Mr. Sheraz Rajpoot is the Zonal Organizer of Punjabi Nationalist Forum Pashtun Area of Balochistan.

8️⃣ The mission of Punjabi Nationalist Forum Khyber Province Zone is;

A). To rescue Punjabis in Khyber Province from the domination, supremacy, and oppression of Pukhtoons with academic way and political tactics on Facebook.

B). To improve the social and political relations of the Punjabi nation with the Hindko Nation, the actual inhabitants of Khyber Province and the Kohistani, Chitrali, Swati, Dera Wali people of Khyber Province. So that the Hindko nation can get liberation from social, political, and economic domination, supremacy, and oppression of the Pukhtoon invaders and infiltrators of Khyber Province with the help of Punjabi, Kohistani, Chitrali, Swati, Dera Wali of Khyber Province.

Mr. Mazloom Punjabi is the Zonal Organizer of the Punjabi Nationalist Forum Khyber Province Zone.

A). To educate and convince the Muslim Punjabi, Hindu Punjabi, Sikh Punjabi, Christian Punjabi to stop confronting with each other and concentrate on Punjabi nationalism to take care of Punjabi land, language, culture, and traditions to make the Punjabi nation socially respectable, politically stable, financially rich and to make Punjab economically developed.

B). To promote the language, culture, and traditions of Punjab and Punjabi nation by following the footsteps of Baba Fareed, Baba Nanak, Shah Hussain, Sultan Bahoo, Bulleh Shah, Waris Shah to serve Punjab and Punjabi nation.

C). To unite Punjabis indiscriminate of Religion, Region, Caste, and Dialect for social respect, economic growth, and political stability of Punjabis.

Mr. Faisal Syed is the Zonal Organizer of the Punjabi Nationalist Forum Western Europe Zone Overseas Wing.

Zonal Organizers of other Overseas Wings will be appointed on availability and ability to Organize PNF in related Zone.

🔴 Rules & Regulations of Punjabi Nationalist Forum.

👉01. Every Punjabi will work in only one Zone on Facebook. So that he/she will research in the Zone that; for the oppression faced by the Punjabis of his/her Zone;

(a). Who is oppressing?

(b) What is the reason for oppression?

(c) What is the solution to oppression?

👉02. Each Punjabi will build relationships with the Punjabis who are interested in the mission of their Zone on Facebook.

👉03. Every Punjabi will work in his/her own Zone on Facebook. However, he/she will be able to comment on the articles of another Zone. But he/she will follow the policy of the Zonal Organizers of other Zones. One Zone Punjabi will not confront the policy of another Zone Punjabi.

👉04. One Zone Punjabi will be able to get help from other Zone Punjabi on Facebook for the mission of their Zone.

👉05. The Zonal Organizer of the Punjabi Nationalist Forum in each Zone will form an Executive Committee of 10 members who are highly educated, politically sensible, and passionate to work for the Punjabi nation.

👉06. The Zonal Organizer of each Zone of the Punjabi Nationalist Forum will regulate the policy and political strategies of own Zone with the consultation of Executive Committee Members.

👉07. It will be essential for every member of the Executive Committee to either own self write the articles about the mission of Zone or make notes from other written articles and forward the articles or notes to the Punjabis on Facebook.

👉08. Zonal Organizer of each Zone will interact with the Zonal Organizer of the other Zone. So that to cooperate with each other. The Members of the Executive Committee of each Zone will interact with each other. So that to cooperate with each other.

👉09. Zones for Punjabis residing outside Pakistan in Africa, America, Asia, Australia, and Europe will be started to create from 2020. Every Zonal Organizer of the Punjabi Nationalist Forum Overseas Zone will form an Executive Committee of 10 members who are highly educated, politically sensible, and passionate to work for the Punjabi nation.

👉10. Zonal Organizers of Punjabi Nationalist Forum and Members of the Executive Committee have to fight the case of Punjabis in their own Zone as a lawyer fights their client's case.

🔴 Instruction Regarding PNF Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee is basically a cabinet of the Zonal Organizer.

Every cabinet member should be assigned different tasks according to their expertise.

The purpose of the cabinet is to assist the Zonal Organizer to accomplish the mission of their respective Zone.

• The task of Zonal Editor/Content Writer Punjabi is to proofread the write-ups of the Zonal Organizer and executive members and translate the English and Urdu material into Punjabi.

👉02. Zonal Editor/Content Writer. Urdu

• The task of Zonal Editor/Content Writer Urdu is to proofread the write-ups of the Zonal Organizer and executive members and translate the English and Punjabi material into Urdu.

👉03.Zonal Editor/Content Writer/Translator. English

• The task of Zonal Editor/Content Writer English is to proofread the write-ups of the Zonal Organizer and executive members and translate the Punjabi and Urdu material into English.

👉04. Zonal Blog Coordinator.

• The task of the Blog Coordinator is to maintain its Zonal Blog by updating on a daily basis. He/she have to follow the write-ups of the Chief Organizer and Organizers and identify which material is relevant to the mission of their Zone and read out at least three articles daily and take keynotes from every article and sent them to the graphic designer to make the shareable posters.

👉05. Graphic Designers.

• The task of the Zonal Graphic Designer is to design the stuff which is relevant to its Zone.

👉06. FB account coordinator.

• The task of the FB coordinator is to maintain the FB account of the Zonal Organizer by answering the comments and also follow the wall of all Executive Member either they’re posting relevant stuff on Timeline and properly answers the queries related to Punjabi nationalism. He/She has to submit a weekly report of his observation in the written form to Zonal Organizer.

👉07. Twitter Account Coordinator.

• The task of Twitter Coordinator is to maintain the Twitter Handel of the Zonal Organizer by answering the replies and also follow the account of all Executive Member either they’re sharing relevant stuff on their accounts or properly answers the queries related to Punjabi nationalism. He/She has to submit a weekly report of his observation in the written form to Zonal Organizer.

👉08. Instagram Account Coordinator.

• The task of Instagram Account Coordinator is to maintain the Instagram account of the Zonal Organizer by answering the replies and also follow the account of all Executive Member either they’re sharing relevant stuff on their accounts or properly answers the queries related to Punjabi nationalism. He/She has to submit a weekly report of his observation in the written form to Zonal Organizer.

👉09. YouTube Channel Coordinator.

• The task of the YouTube Channel Coordinator is to make short 5 to 10 mints videos about the Mission of PNF generally and their Zones specifically.

👉10. Miscellaneous Zonal tasks.

• This member will work as an Assistant of the Zonal Organizer so he can assign him any task according to his needs. This member should have the ability of multi-tasking.

🔴 Guidelines for all Zonal Organizers of PNF.

These are the guidelines for all Zonal Organizers of PNF for the Appointment of District Organizers and the Members of the Executive Committee.

PNF is an Organization with the purpose to groom the leadership skill of Punjabi Nationalists with political intellectualism.

Therefore, an interview is necessary before the appointment of any Member of the PNF Team. The purpose of the interview is to assess their intellectual and political sense. Because of this;

Whoever contacts you (Zonal Organizer) for the Membership of the Executive Committee and District Organizer, tell them about the above 6 points and give them time; How much time they want for an interview? Then conduct an interview that must cover the Mission, Vision, and Structure of PNF as well as Mission and Strategy of your Zone, Other 8 Zones, and Overseas Zone.

If you find out that he/she has the conceptual clarity about the Mission, Vision, and Structure of the PNF, as well as he/she, agrees with the Rules and Regulations of the PNF then appointment him/her as District Organizer and to appointment Members of the Executive Committee ask him/her to choose any task according to their expertise before the appointment.
