Religion, Shari'ah and Sect are separate fields.

The Religion before Allah is Islam.

Shari'ah is different for each Ummah of the Prophet.

Sect is a way of practicing Religion and Shari'ah. Which is called Minhaj in Quran.

Unfortunately, the sectarians have no knowledge of Religion or Shari'ah. Therefore, they present the Sect before the people not only as a Shari'ah but also as a Religion and mislead people.

You can think of Religion as Constitutional Law of Allah and Shari'ah as Legal Law of Allah and Sect as Rule of Business.

The sectarians have made the Rule of Business not only the Legal Law of Allah but also the Constitutional Law of Allah.

However, the Rule of Business is a product of the human mind, while the Religious Constitutional Law of Allah and the Legal Law of Allah have been revealed by Allah to His Messengers.
